Mr Bilal Ahmad Ganai has done his M.A. and M.Phil in Political Science from the University of Kashmir in 2007 and 2011 respectively. He qualified UGC-NET in Political Science in 2008. During his M.Phil, he worked on the "Ideological Origins of the Bharatiya Janata Party's Position on Article 370." He got registered for PhD on the topic: "Hindutva Roots of the Bharatiya Janata Party's Policy on Jammu and Kashmir" at University of Kashmir and kept it in abeyance after getting appointed as Assistant Professor at the Central University of Kashmir in 2012. He has benefitted from many seminars, workshops and capacity building programmes at different institutions in the country and also presented papers in national and international conferences.
