Mr Hilal Ahmad Najar has completed B.A.LL.B and LL.M degrees from Aligarh Muslim University and has also qualified UGC-NET. He has almost eleven years of teaching experience. Mr Hilal Ahmad has to his credit one book titled Law and Society and many articles in reputed journals. He participated in various national and international seminars/conferences and workshops.
