Dr. Muzaffar Ahemad Ganaie has done his B.A. from Degree College (Boys) Anantnag and M.A. in Political Science from Kashmir University. Dr. Muzaffar Ahmad received his Ph.D  from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi in 2014. He is co-author of India, US and the Nuclear Deal: A Critical Study (2015), Reference Press, New  Delhi and author of several articles    which have been published in national and internationally recognised journals and books  including “Revisiting 123 Agreement and the Hyde Act: What it Means for India and the United States” (2012), South Asian Journal of Socio Political Studies, “Indo-US Civil Nuclear Deal: Heralding a New Era in Indo-US Relations” (2013), in M.
