Department of Mathematics holds extension lecture
Srinagar, May 9: The Department of Mathematics Central University of Kashmir (CUK) today organized an Extension lecture on “Fixed Point theory and its Applications”.
The lecture was delivered by Dr. Javid Ali, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics, Aligarh Muslim University Aligarh, and was attended by all the Faculty members, Research scholars and students of the department.
The speaker in his lecture highlighted some of the areas wherein research could be carried out.
Earlier, Dr. Tawheeda Rasool, Assistant Professor of the Department briefly introduced the speaker to the audience.
Dr. Aftab Hussain Shah, Coordinator Department of Mathematics, thanked the speaker for delivering the lecture.
