CUK holds 6th Academic Council
Srinagar, Sept 16: The 6th Meeting of the Academic Council of the Central University of Kashmir (CUK) was today held with officiating Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Mehraj ud Din in chair.

Prof. Mehraj ud Din while addressing the Council members said the University was marching ahead in academic affairs and had started integrated programmes in different subjects. He informed the participants about the difficulties faced by the University after floods and said that despite the deluge, the university conducted its examination on time. He said the University was also planning to launch Massive Open Online Courses (MOCs)
Registrar, Prof. M Afzal Zargar also apprised the meeting about various academic activities organised by the university and informed them about the various activities by done by the University in the last one year. He said that the university was trying to carve a niche vis-à-vis academics. He also presented the agenda to the meeting.
During the meeting, various decision regarding academics were taken.
